Information to prepare in advance
A useful item list does not need to be complicated. Record large furniture, appliances, fragile belongings, fitted items and anything that requires special handling. Tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow alleys, parking distance and time restrictions at both addresses.
Keep passports, personal papers, cash, jewellery, medication and essential electronics under your direct control. Clearly identify any box that should not be loaded onto the truck.
Care and accountability
How belongings are protected
Furniture surfaces and corners are wrapped according to the material and handling route. Fragile items are separated, cushioned and labelled. Heavy items are assessed for weight, grip points, floor protection and the number of people required.
At the destination, labelled items are placed in the agreed rooms. Customers are encouraged to check priority belongings and raise any visible concern before the team leaves.
